Basic Consultation

There is so much that can be accomplished in a single consultation. This one hour in-home consultation can be used however you choose: rearranging furniture and accessories, discussing colour options, creating a design plan-of-action, discussing a design plan, or simply getting a professional second opinion. 

• Basic Consultation fee: $100 for the first hour and $50 for every hour afterwards. 

Complete Design 

Full service Design is a complete start-to-finish design option. This can be applied to redesigning and decorating a single room or applied to an entire home decorating project. This services includes, but is not limited too, five main steps:

• Step 1 : Initial Meeting
• Here we discuss the current space, your hopes and plans for the space and what you want to achieve. This brainstorming session is the beginning for developing a design plan for your space. 
• Step 2 : Presentation 
• At this point, I present to you options and ideas that I think will redefine and transform your space. You will be presented with inspiring photos. A floor plan and potential products, along with a timeline and budget will be outlined. 
• Step 3 : Feedback
• This is when you provide me with your feedback and comments on what has been presented to you. At this time, we can tweak and perfect the design plan.
• Step 4 : Sourcing
• By this step we have narrowed down our design options and it’s time to find the products.
• Step 5 : Installation and Completion
• At this stage the plans that we have discussed are installed in your space. 

Pricing:

• Complete Design Services are available for an initial consultation fee of $100 and $50/hr afterwards.

Home Staging 

Staging your home is an excellent way to prepare it for market. This is an opportunity to showcase your home in a way that will be appealing to the buyer.
