Hello Friday!

With the girlies on spring break, we have had a week filled with activity! And not much work has got done.....

I'm so happy that spring feels as though it is almost here...the snow is basically gone and we've been able to break out our bikes, go for family walks, and enjoy the sunshine. On Wednesday I was feeling the need to brighten up our home a bit, so to the dollar store we went, picked up some fake blooms, and I crafted this project (photo above). I love the boho feeling that it has! I ended up hanging it in the girls room and I love that it brightens up their space and makes it feel a bit more spring-y!

As for our kitchen....what a HUGE process painting cupboards is! For many days (and still!) our kitchen was in the dining room while I painted the insides of the cupboards...bye bye 1980s pink! Here's proof!

I'm loving the contrast between the gray and white and the concrete. Plus painted cupboards makes our backsplash look that much more amazing! I will keep you posted on updates and hopefully one day soon I can post the final reveal!

Found this photo and I just love how they put their kitchen together....maybe this is somewhat how mine will turn out!
